• For 100% silk garments we recommend hand washing at 30 degrees with specialist silk detergent or dry cleaning.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Iron to restore lustre.
• Velvet can be machine washed. Please follow the instructions in the garment label.

Our garments are made to the highest possible standards; the silk piping is handmade and we always use mother of pearl buttons and French seams. We use a 19mm 100% silk satin for most of our products , and we use 22mm 100% silk satin for long lasting products and 30mm 100% silk satin for exclusive products. This quite a thick silk, rarely used these days due to its high cost, which has a beautiful weight and makes the collection super flattering, as it drapes beautifully. It is 100% silk – the term satin applies to the weave, which is why the fabric has a beautiful shine.

We are proud to produce the LJ LONDON collection made in England, which is traditionally the world high standard for British production. A team headed up by the inimitable undertakes a massive quality control inspection, with each pair being checked for over 60 different measurements and potential issues.

All our LJ LONDON pyjamas are designed in-house by our design team, who are based in our office in London, UK. We design all the prints in-house, making all the prints exclusive to the brand.
