We partner with a third-party shipping service acting as your seller-on-record, so that you may purchase LJ LONDON product in your local currency and ship it to over 100 destinations worldwide. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are clearly presented at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
This information is only relevant for deliveries.
By selecting your country in the header you can browse and pay for our products in your local currency. At the checkout we offer a range of payment methods, and if your order is liable for your country's local import taxes, we can now take this payment up front to guarantee no hold ups at customs or duties and taxes to pay when your goods arrive.
We can post to International addresses. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive to overseas destinations. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on overseas orders.

CHRISTMAS & CHINESE NEW YEAR DELIVERIES
Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas and Chinese New Year, we advise customers to order early for Christmas and Chinese New Year delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas and Chinese New Year.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
When ordering from the LJ LONDON site, your item will arrive wrapped in one of our luxurious signature boxes. These boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
